1. How to become a SYS Com Business Associates?
Answer: It is compulsory to buy a SYS Com
Package through our active Business Associate Distributors
ID to become a Business Associates. The sponsored Associate
is responsible for guiding information about the business
available at company's website www.syscom.co.in to
the new Business Associate.
2. I have sent the cost of a SYS Com Package through a Demand Draft along with duly signed in invoice by me but I am unable to access my genealogy area?
Answer: In order to do the needful please send the
Demand Draft details (i.e. Demand Draft number, issued date,
issuing bank etc.) and your SYS Com account details
(i.e. Distributor ID, User Name etc.) at support@syscom.co.in.
3. I feel misguided by a SYS Com Associate and want to get my money back? What should I do?
Answer: After taking all the information from any
SYS Com Associate it is your duty to verify all
details yourself by visiting our website www.syscom.co.in.
And also we request you to go through our Legals and FAQs
properly before purchasing our product. You should deliver
the Bank Draft and signed in invoice for purchase of our product
only after complete satisfaction. It should be noted that
company is not responsible for any kind of false commitment/information
made/provided by any Associate. Being a company we do not
have control over the functioning of each and every Associate
so, it is your duty to make sure that you have been provided
with the correct information.
4. How can I get my lost password?
Answer: Kindly send us a written request along with
a Demand Draft of Rs.100/- for each in favor of SYS Com,
payable at Latur to get your lost password. Please, include
Distributor ID, User Name and mailing address with the request.
We will send your password by courier as soon as we receive
your request.
5. I have wrongly entered my Username. How can I change it?
Answer: Any kind of modification in Username is not
possible once the online registration process is over.
6. Why one of my down lines name is shown in black?
Answer: If any of the names is shown in black, it
means the site has been disabled.
7. Does SYS Com have any influence over a Business Associates business?
Answer:To become a part of the business plan, an
individual must sign an agreement to abide by SYS Com
Rules and Regulations, which they can renew every year voluntarily.
o Our Rules promote ethical principles and provide practical
procedures for all Business Associates to observe in operating
their business.
o The Rules & Regulations, which are largely in accordance
with local, legal requirements, mandate certain business practices
to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations and to
preserve harmony among Business Associates.
o SYS Com has the right to enforce these Rules
through its contract with its Business Associates-up to and
including terminating that contract.
8. I have updated my address in update profile, but I am still receiving cheques at my old address.
Answer: The modification done in the address through
the update profile is only for public view (for Sponsor and
Associates only). So after updating your address through update
profile option send us your new address along with your Distributor
ID and Username at support@syscom.co.in in order
to help us to update your current mailing address in our record.
9. I have updated my selected Package in update profile.
Answer: The modification done selecting a Package
through the update profile is only for public view (for Sponsor
and Associates only). So after updating your Package through
update profile option send us your new selected Package along
with your Distributor ID and Username at support@syscom.co.in
in order to help us to update your current selected Package
our record.
10. I have sent the Demand Draft along with invoice but the status shows that my site has still not been activated?
Answer: It is the duty of the purchasing Associate
to see whether his site is activated (turned green) within
7 days from sending the duly signed in invoice by the purchasing
Associates with the Demand Draft. If the site is not activated
(turned green) within this period, it is the duty of the purchasing
Associate to contact our office immediately. We must receive
the cost of the package with duly signed in invoice within
40 days from the date of registration otherwise your purchased
product will be disabled.
11. How much time does it take to get my earned commission cheque?
Answer: The commission cheque to the qualifying Associates
will be reached by courier or speed post within 7 days from
the day commission is calculated. If the payment not reached
at your address within the specified period, you are requested
to send your query at support@syscom.co.in with details
of the earned commission.
12. Does the business plan really give people more free time, or does it require a lot of time to succeed?
Answer: Like any small business, it takes hard work
to succeed, and that requires time and commitment, especially
in the beginning. Our research shows that most people understand
this very well. But the business plan does offer flexibility
to our Business Associates in running their business. Unlike
most conventional jobs, Independent Business Associates (IBAs)
can work at home, when they want, at their own pace, on their
own schedule, according to the goals they have set for themselves.
For some, that means if they need an afternoon to attend their
child's school play, play game or see a friend, they can arrange
their work schedule to allow this. It depends upon the IBAs
of when, where and how much time to devote to their business.
This flexibility is one important reason why the opportunity
appeals to so many people around the nation.
13. Could I share information which is not given on our site www.SYS Com Business?
Answer: Only information available at our website
related to Company or its President / Directors should be
given to other Associates / Guests for promotion of SYS Com Business. Any Associate violating this will not
be allowed to promote our Business anymore and his / her ongoing
incentives / commissions will immediately be stopped.
14. Who will Pay the octroi and delivery charges?
Answer: Distributor (Business Associate) will pay the octroi and delivery charges.
