& Conditions:
Kindly read the terms & conditions mentioned in order
form before booking your Distributorship.
To become a SYS Com Business Associate you must
be at least 18 years of age. The application for associate
below age limit will be rejected.
Duration for booking one year from the date of registration,
after one year you're booking registration will be canceled.
In case you fail to book even such order from the period of
nine months from the date of online registration then the
company will treat your booking amount as advance towards
your Student/Professional Package by deducting any charges
applicable and give you a chance to pay the existing difference
amount and take a Student/Professional Package. After one
year company will not be responsible for your booking amount.
The term of this agreement is one year and shall commence
from the day the application of the Associate on the requisite
format is received by the company, subject to the consideration
received or to be received within the specified period. The
term of the agreement may be renewed by the company for next
year when an Associate booking any package of the company
on the specified terms.
For Sales Executive: In case if sales executive fail to book
even one such order from the period of two months from the
date of last Student/Professional Package booking then company
will be terminate his/her Sales Executive registration &
distributorship ID without any prior notice.
Company appoints the identified applicants as a distributor
of SYS Com Packages and the applicant (herein after
individually and collectively referred to as the "Distributor")
accepts such appointment. Distributor may, on a non exclusive
basis purchase, resell, distribute and market SYS Com
Packages in the territory of India. Taxes arising from the
same are the sole responsibility of the distributor not SYS Com.
All achieved Packages & earned incentives from SYS Com will deliver every Saturday. The Desktop PC &
Laptops deliver Brand, Configuration and other specification
may change subjected to availability for the pricing.
All the achieved Packages from SYS Com are delivered
only at our Latur Operational Office, any deliveries outside
Latur, will attract transport, handling, courier, delivery,
insurance, octroi & other incidental charges as preferred
& payable by the distributor (Business Associate).
To Earn Down line Incentives after any Package achievement
of your direct down line or by booking towards the purchase
of Student/Professional Package through your direct down line
distributorship only but not a sub down line from your organization.
Associate is required to furnish the complete and accurate
information in the prescribed format to the company and also
keep updated in case of any change.
All Payments shall be made in DD (Demand Draft) favoring SYS Com (Payable at Latur).
It is the duty of the Selling Associate to provide correct
information and follow all the rules of the company. Also
it is the duty of the Buying Associate to verify all the information
given to him by visiting our website [www.syscom.co.in].
Company will not be responsible for any wrong information
given by Selling Associate which is accepted by the Buying
Associate without verification. However, if a written complain
against the Selling Associate is send to us about promoting
wrong information, this would amount a direct termination
of the Selling Associate without any compensation.
The company will approve the associate distributorship by
issuing an online invoice after registration and online official
associate receipt.
The Company reserves their rights to amendments if necessary
at any time to the terms and conditions of the agreement under
which the Student/Professional Package of the company are
being offered Packages, Package Pricing or earned extra incentives
promotional programs without any prior notice
The company reserves the right to deduct TDS as applicable
(as per Govt. of India) and Processing charges (if applicable)
on all operational business services, including processing
and dispatching of Incentives/earning amount cheques, earning
reports, postage or courier, etc.
An Associate shall act and be as an independent contractor
and shall not have any authority to bind the company for any
obligations whatsoever. An Associate is not an agent, employee
or any other legal representative of the company or its service
provider. The relationship between the company and an Associate
will come into being only when this agreement is agreed and
accepted online by any registering Associate and this agreement
shall remain enforceable during its existence only. An Associate
shall be presumed to have understood the terms and conditions
of company's agreement.
The company does not hold any responsibility of the payment
made in cash to the sponsor or any other person towards the
Student/Professional Package sales promotional program. All
Payments shall be made in DD favoring SYS Com (Payable
at Latur).
An Associate is required to keep any company's password and
other secure access, information confidential and notify the
company promptly if the Associate believes that the security
of an account has been exposed. The company has taken reasonable
step to protect the security of online transactions.
However, the company does not warrant such security and will
not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from any
security breaches. The Associate shall be liable for losses
or damages resulting from the security breaches.
It may be noted that all associate will get the Package plus
earn extra incentives and gifts only by adding new Package
booking to your down line through your own distributorship
ID. If you fail to continue the sales Promotional program's
it is associate own responsibility. The company will not refund
its Associates/Distributor any money paid by them towards
any products or services of the company. This business plan
is totally on your own will and wish. It is purely based on
your efforts and ability.
This agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance
with the laws of Union of India and all disputes shall be
subject to Latur jurisdiction only.
" In Desktop PC or Laptops any legalities pertaining
to Software's, Firmware, Hardware and Installation towards
is the responsibility and risk of Independent Distributor.
No product selling Associate is authorized to make any other
promise to prospective buying Associates other than those
made by the company under this agreement and in other official
company material relating to this agreement. The company shall
not be liable for any act of omission or commission, misrepresentation,
false commitment and promises made by any Associate to the
prospective Associate/ user while introducing the product/
service package of the company. At the time of agreement,
if any associate while trying to enter into agreement with
the prospective Associate makes some false commitment, misrepresentation
and promises such prospective Associate can lodge a complaint
against the Associate with the company. Company will take
appropriate action against such Associate but company shall
not be responsible and liable for such acts of Associate.
All the Business associates are responsible to meet the Sales
Tax on SYS Com Packages purchase as per Value Added
Tax (VAT).
All Products delivered to the Independent Distributor will
bear VAT Tax & any other Taxes / levies whenever required
& applicable from time to time
An Associate shall be entitled to get Company's site for online
Application processing.
An Associate is responsible for training those who are referred
by participation in the program.
Any Company associates involved or interested in any activities
which is against the interest of the company, their distributor
ID will be immediately terminated and company will stop all
the incentives and payments without any prior notice.
Important- Read Carefully: Be sure to carefully read and understand
all of the rights and restrictions described in this Associate
Participation, Disclaimer and FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions).
Associate will be asked to review and either accept or not
accept the terms hereof.
(a) Associate/ user clicking on the "I agree" button
while purchasing the product online is a symbol of your signatures
that you accept the terms of the Associate Participation and
Disclaimer. This Associate Participation and Disclaimer is
a legal agreement between you and the company and you are
bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
(b) The company reserves the right to modify the Terms of
Participation by the Associate or prospective applicant for
online Registration at any time and without prior notice to
its Associates applicants. The service may be temporarily
unavailable from time to time for maintenance or other reasons.
(d) For the avoidance of any doubt, under any circumstances,
the company will not refund its Associates/Distributors applicant
any money paid by them towards any products or services of
the company.

website www.syscom.co.in, order processing, customer
service, business information services, bonus payment administration,
business reporting, technical support, and come to more.
